Learn all about herbalism and what herbs support which bodies systems. We look at where you might find these plants, the part to use and how to use them, plus the best herbs for each job. This is the 2nd day of the course, so you must have completed level 1 first.

The cost includes a printed workbook, everything you need to do the practical session, hot and cold drinks and snacks & fruit throughout the day.

All you need to bring is a pen, some indoor footwear and a packed lunch.
