This one day course teaches you about the benefits of herbs for healing illness of the body and mind.

From the history of herbal medicine, identification and botany, contra-indications, what actions do what, which plants help which bodily systems, why a Materia Medica is so important and how to use the plants and some recipes.

You will all go away with something practical to try at home.

The course includes a workbook, snacks, fruit, hot and cold drinks and anything required for the practical session.
