We looked at tools weeks ago in this section, but we didn’t look at herbs and other cupboard staples.

So what might you need in the food store to help your magical cooking for a mundane, normal weeknight dinner?

  • Peppermint -aids sleep, psychic power & love

  • Sage – increases wisdom, purification, loss & grief support

  • Paprika – overcomes obstacles & courage

  • Garlic – protection & health

  • Rosemary – Improves memory, love & sleep

  • Apple – love & fertility

  • Lavender – relaxation, sleep & anxiety stopper

  • Cinnamon – success & healing

  • Bay leaf - Abundance, success & strength

  • Black Peppercorns - Strength of character, protection & banishes negativity

  • Nutmeg - Abundance, prosperity & luck

  • Oregano - Handfasting confetti, vitality & joy

  • Thyme - Loyalty, sleep & Affection

You can incorporate any of these herbs into your everyday cooking just be willing their magical benefit into the food as it cooks.
