Waning Gibbous Moon Energy

Last week we talked about what a waning moon actually does, so today lets talk about how we can help ourselves at this time.

  1. Give thanks to others and be grateful for the progress that you have made. This is the quickest way to let the Universe know that we acknowledge all the learning in the past two weeks and release unnecessary expectations.

  2. Reduce clutter in our emotional and spiritual life.

  3. Make a Magical Body Scrub. If you use sea salt or drink proper coffee, then the grinds are perfect for exfoliating the skin and moisturising the body. Coffee also brings extra energy that is needed during the waning moon time.

  4. Repeat self love mantras. We should all love ourselves and sometimes we notice that for whatever reason, we just don't anymore. Use mantra while looking in the mirror as means of rebuilding that relationship.
