You will need:

A jar - preferable clear glass that you can decorate if you wish.

Cinnamon sticks - Passion, Romance, Action.

Mugwort bundle - Psychic development, anxiety stopper, prophetic dreams.

Sage bundle - Protection, grounding, centering.

Holly - Peace and goodwill.

Clear Quartz Crystal - Amplification, power, programmability.

Add each item to the jar with meaning and give thanks as you do so. Close the lid and if you want to seal with candle wax.

Place on your altar or in the room most people will be in over the holidays.
